- Short-range facility plans include:
- Over night lodging to accommodate 100
- Recreation field and hiking trails
- Long-range facility plans include:
- Over night lodging to accommodate 400
- Expanded auditorium space to seat 400
- Expanded north dining room to seat 400
- R.V. park
- Gymnasium and workout areas
- Small golf course
