Listening to Session Files
If you are experiencing problems listening to the audio sessions directly from the website, please make sure to give enough time for the MP3 to be buffered. Depending on your internet connection speed, this could take from only a few seconds up to 5 minutes.
We recommend using Quicktime to minimize problems with streaming the audio sessions.
Downloading Session Files
Once you are logged into the Media Library, and have purchased a Full Membership, look for the "Download" link beneath any of the session files. Clicking on this link will start downloading the file. Once you have it completely downloaded to your computer, you may open it with your preferred audio player.
We suggest using iTunes, which is available free from the Apple website.
Changing Your Password
You can change your password any time by clicking on the "Account Settings" link in the left hand column. Look for the Username and Password link under the Personal Settings menu.
