One Day Conferences and Banquets

Camp Forest Springs can help you facilitate your day conference or banquet. As needed we will provide you with a meeting area, seminar rooms, audio/visual aids, in-room coffee service, and meals. Our facilities are able to accommodate groups of up to 300. We can also help facilitate team building experiences through our Challenge Course and High Ropes Course. Recreation areas may be reserved for an extra charge.

Fees
Meeting Room Fee $64.00/meeting room (audio/visual equipment included)
Breakout Room Fee $32.00/additional breakout room
Guest Fee $10.00/person (includes grounds fee and one banquet style meal)
Coffee Service $1.00/person
Challenge Course $10.00/person (groups of up to 12 per facilitator)
High Ropes Course $20.00/person (groups of 5-10, maximum of 4 groups)
Paintball Course $15.00/person for equipment rental* (groups of 12-24)
